Actress Eugenie Bondurant (Tigris in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2, The Fight Club, Frasier, Arliss) is a foodie originally from New Orleans, Louisiana.  She joins the show to talk food stories, her journey from New Orleans, Hollywood, Tampa and beyond, acting and baking her way through The Vintage Cakes cookbook by Julie Richardson and the Cajun Encylopedia by Chef John Folse.

After graduating from the University of Alabama Eugenie’s career in the entertainment industry started when a modeling scout saw her on the streets of New Orleans. Within a short time she was modeling on runways from New York to Paris. She was soon a working model in the U.S. and Europe. A modeling trip to Los Angeles led to an acting career. She created a string of bizarre characters in TV and film – including Fight Club (with Ed Norton), Saturday Night Live (with Madonna and Mike Myers). She tossed around comedian Gene Wilder while playing Alice Cooper’s favorite Dominatrix on the TV series Something Wilder. And on HBO’s Arliss, she played a transvestite who lured a strait-laced athlete into a night of sin. In the indie feature, Donald and Dot Clock, her character bonded with a house-full of rodents.

Lindsay Taub is an award-winning journalist with over a decade of experience as a writer/editor, producer and photographer covering travel, lifestyle, culture, arts, food, health, and all facets that make life a journey.

She calls Los Angeles home when she’s there, but prefers to leave the city for the mountains and open spaces as often as possible. She loves cooking, gardening, live music, hiking with her three rescue dogs, and nothing beats cheese and wine during a spectacular sunset. If you can’t find her, she’s trekking through a jungle, seeking a seeker, admiring wildlife, or on a plane, quite possibly jumping out of it when the adrenaline junkie is at her best.

Lindsay is proud of her Estonian heritage and has traveled to more than 34 countries (and counting) on five continents. A part of her heart was captured by the wilderness and beauty of East Africa, and she was thrilled to add Asia to her list, visiting Japan and Malaysia for the first time in 2013.

Lindsay’s professional passion is storytelling. She contributes to a number of print and online media outlets including The Tennessean, Smarter Travel, Travel + Leisure (digital), The Culture-ist, American Way, Johnny Jet, Peter Greenberg, Travel Dudes, and Green Living, and has published in Boston Magazine, The Boston Phoenix, The Patriot Ledger, The Land Report, Cesar’s Way, Lääne Elu, and many others.

Comedian/Writer/Actress Erin O’Connor told her first joke for money in San Francisco 28 years ago and became addicted. She abandoned her career as an Advertising Copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather and hit the road. Her travels as a road comic took her to 41 states and eight countries: Japan, Korea, Germany, England, Denmark, Scotland and Canada. And during her travels, she fell in love with food.

In 1992 she married comedian Bob Zany and cut back on road work, allowing time for another passion, acting. Favorite jobs include a recurring role on In Living Color, a pilot co-starring her comedy idols Fred Willard and Martin Mull (just the three of them…improvising!!!!) and a quick but memorable flash as the Crazy Cat Lady (speaking of type-casting) in Green Day’s award-winning music video, Time of Your Life.

Over the last two years, Erin’s love of animals prompted her to once again ditch meat entirely and attempt to cut out dairy and eggs. The result was her 100 Day Vegan Challenge, designed to put a New Face on an Old Vegana. Can a part-time animal product-free lifestyle improve your health and dispel the myth of the beastly, hairy, Croc-wearing vegan once and for all? Follow her often hilarious, but determined ride and find out. (On FaceBook The Vegana Monologs and twitter @VeganaMonologs) Why a monolog you ask? Because Erin has never required another person to carry on a conversation.
